All services offered on the website are religious in nature and are performed in accordance with traditional customs, the availability of temple authorities, and sacred calendars.

Once a puja or havan booking is confirmed, the service is scheduled with the concerned temple or priest and necessary ritual preparations are initiated.

Due to the sacred and preparatory nature of rituals, all payments made on the Saraswatikripa website are non-refundable.

No refund shall be issued once ritual details have been shared with the temple or priest, irrespective of whether the devotee attends the ritual or not.

Refunds will not be provided for changes of mind, incorrect information submitted by the user, or personal circumstances.

Saraswatikripa does not guarantee any specific spiritual, academic, examination, or personal outcomes from any ritual or service.

In rare situations where a ritual cannot be performed due to unavoidable circumstances such as temple closure, natural calamities, government restrictions, or priest unavailability, Saraswatikripa may, at its sole discretion:

• Reschedule the ritual to a later date, or

• Offer an alternative equivalent ritual.

Monetary refunds in such cases are not guaranteed and shall be decided solely by Saraswatikripa.

Delays in the performance of services due to temple schedules, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances shall not be treated as a failure of service.

Photos or videos of rituals are provided only if permitted by temple authorities and are shared as a courtesy, not as a mandatory deliverable.

Non-receipt of photos or videos shall not qualify for any refund or compensation.

Users are responsible for providing accurate ritual details such as name, gotra, and date of birth, and Saraswatikripa shall not be liable for errors arising from incorrect information submitted by users.

Saraswatikripa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Misuse of the website, submission of false claims, or attempts to seek unjustified refunds may result in denial of future services and access to the Platform.

All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied.

Any disputes related to services or refunds shall be governed by the laws of India.

Courts located in Basara, Adilabad Telangana, 504101. Shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
